Klara's screenwriting style offers a holistic perspective on the human condition, blending realism with the nuanced exploration of characters' flaws, following the Senecan rule of tragedy. Her focus lies on psychological analysis over action, with a preference for drama and indie genres. She's been featured on the cover of The Vision Magazine, promoting writers globally, and her short film "Ahoi" (2019), co-written with Filip Grujic and Robert Galinowski, has won multiple awards.
In 2022 she has worked with the renown Serbian actress Katarina Radivojević on the play Zaboravljene written in archaic Serbian prose. Forgotten is a piece about women who have left a significant trace in Serbian history but who have never lived to see their works acknowledged. The main characters include Mileva Marić - the first female theoretical physicist in the world, Milunka Savić one of the most decorated women in war history, Nadežda Petrović the first academically approved female Serbian painter and feminist activist, Jelena Frothingham Lozanić a decorated philanthrope in Serbia, France and the U.S.
Klara has translated and adapted the play into Shakespearean prose, retaining the spirit of the piece for the English speaking audience.
Additionally to her dramatic writing, Klara is working on a collection essays and poems for publication.
